The Conniption Fits was started by Steve Blanchard & Shawn Snyder in 2003 after their former band, Motorplant, called it quits. Having had songs on MTV, ESPN (X Games) NBC (Vans Triple Crown) and commercial radio from coast to coast, the new band stands poised to make greater strides forward in the rock sceene. Seth Roya joined later as the full time drummer and has been touring with the band ever since. Erik Von Geldern on Bass and Tuck Stocking on guitar round out the group with thier exceptional talent and understanding of music.
