Easy. Free. Mission Statement Here is the Chronic Fitness Goal: We know that there are millions of sites and thousands of forums on the internet about bodybuilding, fitness, and weight loss. However, on so many sites the organization is so poor that it can be very frustrating to find information. Also, this information can often contain myths. As for forums, many of the big forums do not concentrate on their forums, they concentrate on their store or other features. Because of this the forums are spammed and contain a lot of flaming and bull shit advice. The goal of Chronic Fitness is to make an optimal community for everyone to learn how to reach their goals. We tightly moderate our forums to prevent crappy advice and we will be constantly adding citations (also to articles) to keep things factual, support reasoning, and provide scientific evidence. We are trying to make the most easily comprehendable heirarchy of articles and forum posting as possible so that finding your information is easy.
