THE DRAFT IS OVER!!
KUDL drafted EIGHT teams of 15 people each (4 women and 11 men) on Tuesday night. Your captain[s] will be emailing you soon to verify your attendance and your shirt size. (Some of the men who want extra small shirts puzzle us...)
IT'S NOT TOO LATE TO REGISTER! If you haven't registered for KUDL, do so RIGHT NOW. We will be holding a supplemental draft before the start of games Monday May 21.
We need more women!! If you know women, and you bring in some women, KUDL will build you a small shrine and there will be offerings to your greatness and awe-inspiring power.
PAY TO PLAY MAY 21. Please check in at the registration table Monday May 21 at 6 p.m. at the Versluis-Dickinson Fields.
Come ready to pay by check (made out to Kalamazoo Ultimate) or with cash (see costs below) Monday at 6 p.m.
Once you pay, or if you have already paid, you will get your official KUDL disc.
You will need to sign the waiver for the UPA and provide any information we may be missing for our rosters.
Once cleared to play, you will be sent to the playing fields.
KUDL STARTS GAMES MAY 21 for 10 weeks.
Go to the forum to discuss the setting of the tournament date. Proposed dates: Saturday July 28, Sunday July 29, Sunday August 5, or Saturday August 11.

We have added discs for each player to the goodies for which your registration fee pays. We are currently looking for sponsors and trying to publicize the league and get people registered.

The Kalamazoo Ultimate Disc League (KUDL) is a soon-to-be official, not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing opportunities for people to play Ultimate. Founded in 2006, KUDL runs two leagues annually: Summer and Fall. Our leagues are co-ed with a 4/3 gender ratio and open to players of all ages. No experience is necessary, other than the ability to run around, and fellow players are always happy to teach you about the game and how to throw.
KUDL is run by a group of dedicated, non-paid, individuals.
The cost of the league is $40 and $25 dollars for students. This cost includes a $10 annual membership in KUDL and the right to vote in elections. If you pay membership for summer league, this cost will be subtracted from the fall league fee.
