A group for the ongoing photo book and documentary project entitled Fangirl. Also a place to post pics & bios for consideration.
Are you a fangirl? Do you eat, sleep and breathe your favorite comic book, TV series, film trilogy, anime, manga, superhero, sci fi/fantasy novel? Do you go to conventions, play D&D or MTG, write/read fanfiction, participate in LARP or cosplay? Do you collect something awesome? Are you known around the internets as a pioneer in your particular obsession?
If the answer is yes to any of the above (and you are indeed female), we'd like to invite you to participate in our photo book and companion documentary, Fangirl.

If you are chosen for the project, we'll contact you to set up a date to photograph you and briefly interview you in your home or a nearby fangirlish setting. :)
(For legal reasons, we'd prefer participants that are over 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you must receive permission from your parents or guardian, and they must be on the premises and willing to sign a model release for you.)
