What this group is NOT:
This group is not to degrade the military. I would ask that you ONLY put the rank of the individual in question and not use the full names. I would also ask that you NOT disclose the military unit of the individual, this should be given to your local IG and chain of command, but you may state what base you are located on.
What this group IS about:
This group is simply a place where you can voice your harassment issues and be heard. It is a place where you can help other Soldiers with things that you have done to stop your harassment and what avenues they can turn to to get help and to share your stories. You may post anything that has to do with this topic, I’m sure that you will help someone in the same situation and let them know that they are not alone. Harassment in the military should not be tolerated, period!, no matter what form it may come in
My Moderating Style: I believe everyone here is a responsible adult and does not need a filter for their post (except for the NOTE below). Many people have been harassed and it has effected them greatly no matter how small you think their issue, they are entitiled to free speech. So please support rather than tear down.
Reporting an issue: If you have an issue with any postings in this group, please report it/them by copying and pasting the URL (from the address bar of your browser) into a Myspace Email along with the username and description of the posting(s) in question and send it to me.
Enforcement: It is my responsibility to enforce "My Rules". I will make every effort to enforce the policies set here in this forum.
*Please NOTE: Security Violations and other inappropriate or offensive posts (vulgarity, harassment, etc..) will be deleted immediately. As a group, we should help other Soldiers in need. So please, if you see and violations, email me a URL so I can take immediate action. If you continue to submit offensive post(s) then you are taking the risk of having your messages deleted, your topics deleted and being banned from this group. As the moderator, I may choose to send out a warning to you for any type of infractions, or I may not. |
