Hundreds of healthy, adoptable cats and kittens are on death row NOW at area shelters. Their crime? Being born or abandoned when there were no homes available.
That's where fostering comes in. FosterCat Inc. seeks to stop this senseless slaughter through a network of volunteers providing temporary foster care for cats and kittens until shelter space becomes available or permanent homes can be found.
