WHAT IS SHEMA?
The Shema movement is a global network of local relationships-- comprised of individuals doing good for the advancement of The Kingdom of God. This social network provides the individual with local & global opportunities to explore and advance their faith, while collaborating with like-minded people.
WHAT DOES SHEMA WANT PEOPLE TO DO?
Each individual is empowered to pursue God thru committing ourselves to recognize the great potential in all people- and thru inviting them into our lives, communicating the Way that leads each of us to wholeness and life change.
HOW DOES SHEMA EMPOWER PEOPLE DO THIS?
Local networks empower an individual’s pursuit of God thru 3 types of opportunities:
Conversation: open, honest spiritual conversation where questions and reservations can be safely expressed and where deeper truths can be explored.
Collaboration: Serving others with like-minded people fuels our faith. Placing others above ourselves transforms us into agents of change for The Kingdom of God.
Conspiracy: God is conspiring to do something big—let’s recognize & participate in it. This requires us to look beyond our local situations.
WHAT IS SHEMA’S GOAL?
By supporting and connecting millions thru conversations, collaboration, and conspiracy the movement empowers individuals in their pursuit of God. This pursuit unleashes individuals potential, passions, creativity—transforming millions into agents of change and influencing tens of millions more. |
