The purpose of the Arizona State Therapeutic Recreation Association Student Club shall be to enhance the educational and service experiences to advance the career opportunities of Therapeutic Recreation students, to promote professional excellence in Therapeutic Recreation by increasing public awareness, advocating for excellence in the educational and clinical arenas, enhancing the knowledge base of the profession through educational opportunities, and promoting research based practice.
The ASTRA Student Club is a great opportunity for students to have hands on experience in communicating with professions in the TR field. ASTRA offers a variety of volunteer opportunities in the field |
