Q. Why are or aren't group bulletins showing up in my bulletin space?

This is an option, which you can set for each group. You can choose to let the bulletins appear in your regular bulletin space, or you can choose to block them, which means you'll have to visit the group to read the bulletins. You can adjust your settings for all your groups under Account Settings/Group Privacy
