If you are a Firefighter, Police Officer, Deputy Sheriff, SWAT team member, Paramedic, Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Nurse, Doctor, Marine, Navy, Air Force, Army, or U.S. Coast Guard; you all dedicate your lives to helping others.
So for those of you who put their lives on the line for their country, county, city, or department... this group is for you. Come in and introduce yourself, tell stories, give tips to those who want to do what you do, share information on upcoming events for your department, or even post a gripe or two.
If you are requesting membership in this group and your profile page is set on private you will be denied unless you send a PM to the moderators explaining who you are and why you want to join.
Other reasons for denying membership include: people with an agenda i.e., MySpace Music Pages, authors wanting to hawk their book, people with political agendas, people who want to sell things, MySpace porno whores, people whose profile pages take longer than two minutes to load (we review all applicants and we don't have time to wait for all of your videos, music and pictures to load), and finally...general idiots (like Al Venden) who just want to join this group for the sole purpose of bad mouthing law enforcement.
