Mehndi...henna...however you call it, this form of body adornment has been rockin for more than 9000 years. I want to share the beauty and energy that comes from this ancient plant. The basic stuff: mixing a batch of paste, what you adorn with it - skin, hair, wood, fabric, how you get a great stain, what you use to apply it, all that science-y stuff (Black henna= BAD!!!) And the intangible stuff: the calming, soothing feeling of getting henna applied to your skin or applying it to someone else, the beauty and magic of henna as a creative expression...Henna rocks my world and I want to share that feeling with everybody!
