Ayurveda, "The Science of Life" Is the ancient healing art from India and is said to be the Mother of all healing systems.



Ayurveda is medical artform that has developed over thousands of years and is still evolving today. The practice of ayurveda in this country incorporates Yoga (all eight limbs), Pranayama, Mantra therapy, Massage (Abhiyanga) Marma Point Therapy, Cleansing a detoxicification (Pancha Karma), Color Therapy, Aromatherapy, Herbs, Nutrition, Meditation and many lifestyle changes. It uses these modalities to bring about harmony withing the mind, body and Spirit.



The goal of Ayurvedic practitoners is to be a vessel of healing for the entire planet and to manifest the rememberance of every person's origin in the Divine.

If you decide to post anything within this group, please take the time to scroll through previous threads so that redundency of the same questions and answers are limited to a manageable few. This is really helpful since, so much time has laready been spent on the threads up to this point. Let's not waste each other's time.
