Because it needed to exist, this is an unofficial group (neither created by, directly associated with, or endorsed by 4AD; there, consider yourselves disclaimed) devoted to the discussion and adoration of the past, present, and future artists of the 4AD record label (as well as similar artists, as long as they're at least tangentially related). All fans of 4AD artists and music similar to that of the artists on the label are welcome, and members are encouraged to let people in their network know about us via bulletins or blog entries, provided that they do so conservatively. In other words, try not to post more than one bulletin about us unless there are amazing things going on here that demand the immediate attention of your entire friends list, and if you see another bulletin about it from a friend of yours, wait until that bulletin drops off of page one of your bulletins before you post yours...let's try not to be litterbugs. =)
