Just a group for rescued pit bulls, rescued pit mixes and everyone who loves rescues! Remember that 70% of dogs in shelters are pit bull's of some sort!!!! RESCUE US!!!!!!

RULES: You can post dogs in need of a home... granted they're rescues, not cast-offs. Please give us the story on the dog. If you're ditching your pet, please go elsewhere...

Also, no name calling. The second that starts, you will be banned... Some of us get a little sensitive about certain things, we have to remember we're a community. Try not to take things the wrong way. If you feel insulted, please say that before firing back. Its hard to know what people mean via the internet.

Lastly, NO MEDICAL ADVICE. You cannot give any advice that should be left to professionals. If you give medical advice, I will ban you. Medical advice is like legal advice, its not yours to give unless your a licensed professional. I don't care if you have gone through this with your dog, you don't know the exact story of someone elses problem. You can give advice in terms of what you did. But, the second it crosses that line, you will be banned. It is imperative that we remain responsible. If a dog dies because of advice they got from this myspace group, I would never forgive myself.
