I became an instant fan of diy revolution's artist of the month when I heard a track on MySpace: Booking him for an SXSW interactive party @ Beauty Bar on March 14 seemed logical. Neiliyo has the lyrical skills and chops to execute them. He has an undeniable energy and ability to rock a crowd with infectious hooks and beats. I can definitely see why his debut LP is titled People Skills.
