Rising against all that is artificially flavored The Popcorn Revolt is a once per month Independant Short Film, Animation and Music Video showcase that invites cinemalcoholics to put down the popcorn, pick up a drink (or 10) and take in stunning films they would never otherwise see. The Popcorn Revolt, brought to you by Mr. Justin Micklish, kicks off FEBRUARY 9 at 9pm at Thruster's Lounge (a very hip, newly remodeled lounge) in Pacific Beach (4633 Mission Blvd).
