NOTE TO USERS WITH PRIVATE PROFILES: If you want to join (or invite/want to invite some other private profile person), you (person with private profile) have to send a message or a friend request before you can join the group. Tell me why you should get to be a member i.e. prove you are not just joining because there’s a large membership or you intend to plaster add mes and generally be a nuisance to everyone else. If you just send "hi" and don’t give me what I asked for here, you will NOT get to join & I’ll probably delete your request because dumb ass behavior is a huge pet peeve of mine. Evidence that you know things about Something Positive will be a plus. If you send the request and forget to send a message or friend request, you’ll get 2 days to correct that or I’ll delete your request. If you keep sending these requests and don’t do as I ask, I’ll eventually block you from even contacting me so you’ll never get to join (everyone says I’m stubborn so you’re not going to win some request war with me). If you do something I don’t like but haven’t addressed, I don’t want to just toss you out but you WILL NOT get a pass to break the rules!!! If you choose to join, I strongly advise putting in a friend request or message at the same time so I can contact you if the need arises while you are in my group. If you decide to send a friend request, you will be blocked & banned if I kick you out so you will not remain on my Friends list; if you leave on your own volition, you are free to delete me as well. This will also facilitate contact with other members since if an adult posts something for one of you, who can’t receive messages from non-Friends, I will tell you to add the person if you want to speak to them because I will not tolerate posts directed at select members or change the rule for underage users. Not everyone on MySpace is a creep but I assume no responsibility for what other people do; look 2 paragraphs down.

MYSPACE IS TRYING TO KEEP USERS UNDER 16 FROM COMMUNICATING WITH ME REGARDING THE GROUP--EVEN NOT ALLOWING ME TO SEE FRIEND REQUESTS SO PLEASE DON’T GET UPSET WITH ME. YELL AT MYSPACE SINCE THIS IS REALLY PISSING ME OFF & VIOLATING OUR CIVIL LIBERTIES.

If you are under 16, you MUST add me as a friend or you can’t join (probably won’t get to, in fact). The group rules apply equally to you & you’re not going to get special treatment from me. You also tend to be the culprits posting spam & add mes in groups. If you’re so stupid you go meeting MySpace strangers w/out proper safeguards, you shouldn’t be on the Internet in the first place.

Finally, this group (while not "adult" per se) will not be censored for the kiddies. If you don’t like the group’s content, get out. Many members are not teenagers and I’m not your mommy. Plus, most people who make such complaints are deadbeats who refuse to parent their kids and think it’s society’s job to do so. Guess what??? It’s YOURS, stupid, lazy parent who should have aborted or put their kid up for adoption instead of creating yet another screwed up person we will have to spend money to rehabilitate as an adult. Stop trying to make the world a G rated place & censor everything, including MySpace. I don’t support hate speech or slut profiles but I also don’t condone censorship and will not have anyone feel they can’t express an opinion because it isn’t PC.
