On the Corner or Dean and Lake Underhill, 16 acres is a piece of property I own that I use for concerts and keggers. 75% of the bands that play here are signed and stop here as part of there tour. Ive even had bands from labels like Drive Thru, Side One Dummy, and Tooth and Nail. Its a good and cheap place ($5) to go to get drunk and listen to some bad ass music. Some amazing bands youd never guess would play here are actually booked so check out 16 acres online for shows and dates. Even if a show isnt posted on a certain weekend come over anyways. Keg parties EVERY weekend, kegger/concert most weekends. If youve been here before or plan on checking 16 acres out please join. If youre in a band feel free to advertise for your shows here, just leave it in the bulletins section and if your a member feel free to POST A TOPIC!!!! Okay, I feel better now.
