The Braindead formed in the summer of 1984 in a small hick town outside of Seattle, Washington. Over the years, The Braindead have survived the many trends and changes throughout the Seattle scene but never have they left their roots which lies in Hardcore Punk. Blending in the bands other influences of Hard Rock and Metal, The Braindead have developed a sound of their own. Not really a Crossover band but more of a band who plays what they love and each song has a reflection of those influences, yet always keeping things Hardcore. The Braindead possess one of the most intense and outrageous live shows and if you have witnessed The Braindead live, then you will never forget it. Adding to the live show is the band's growing sick and twisted sense of humour. And in there true to heart Hardcore roots, they do what they want and dont really care about what the reaction is going to be. In a day and age where bands have pretty much done it all. The Braindead still manage to find a way to shock and turn on an audience. The Braindead are for Hardcore and Metal fans alike, so check us out and enjoy.
