Mission Statement
Adaptive Action Sports creates and promotes opportunities for individuals with permanent physical disabilities to participate in “action sports” and or the art and music scene that follows them. We do this through grants, camps and events.

Adaptive Action Sports’ Amped Riders team strongly believe that board sports can provide an effective rehabilitative tool for the many permanently physically disabled individuals who identify with the culture of action sports. We ride to inspire and to be inspired
Our 2007 events include:

AAS SNOWBOARD CAMP AT WINDELLS: February 07: Windells is the official snowboard camp of the US Snowboard team. They have cut their costs in half for AAS athletes. You can attend this camp for $600 instead of the usual $1,200 This is an amazing deal for Windells! This camp will be taught by pro snowboarders and includes lodging. If you are interested in attending this camp in February contact us at aas@adaptiveactionsports.com
We are also looking for industry companies to help sponsor this event.

2007 USASA NATIONALS: AAS sponsors the adaptive division at worlds largest snowboard competition. Last year we sponsored 15 athletes to attend this 7 day competition and this year we are working on doubling that number. If you are a disabled snowboarder and you want to join AAS at this competition contact us at aas@adaptiveactionsports.com The competition is set up on a world class competition course and includes halfpipe, slopestyle, bordercross, slalom and GS.

AAS WAKEBOARD CAMP: We are currently working on a wakeboard camp that will take place before the extremity games to prepare any athletes who wish to compete in the games. Send us an email if you wish to participate in theis camp
