College. That special time of life when you're too young for any real responsibility, but too old for parental discipline. It leads to some odd behavior. In the case of fictional sitcom idiot box, it involves five friends getting themselves into unusual situations, and sometimes getting out of them. It takes place in the present day, in a small college town. Most of the action happens at the Casa de Prize, a small ranch house in a nice neighborhood around the corner from an elementary school.

In the first season, watch for Steve getting taken hostage by kindergarteners, Doug receiving a visit from the Ghost of Masturbations Past, Knuth getting various household items stuck to her face, Smitty forced to tell the truth after he goes blind, and Great Pumpkin eating a whole sheet cake.

Main Characters:

Doug - 20.
Major: Astronomy and Physics
Average-sized pasty white blond guy.
Book smart (but is failing most of his classes due to laziness). Good at building things. Loves beer, hockey, Jeopardy! and himself (if you know what I mean).

Steve - 20.
Major: Pre-Law
Large black guy.
Anger management problems. Very concerned with being seen as a 'man.' Loves sports.

The Great Pumpkin - 20.
Major: Undeclared
Tall skinny white dark haired guy.
Naive, innocent, stupid. Loves Simpsons. Lives in the converted garage of the Casa de Prize.

Knuth (pronounced "Ka-nooth") - 20.
Major: Journalism
Tall white blond girl.
The common sense of the group, usually. Cooks Knuth Kakes, which are always covered in candy and delicious. Loves to sing.

Jeff/Smitty - 22.
Short fat Mexican guy.
Only main character not enrolled in college. Trying to be a playwright. Very bitter. Compulsive liar.



Supporting Characters:

Roy Prize - 20. Muscle bound white Jewish guy. Owns the Casa de Prize. Doesn't say much, tends to stay in his room. Likes TV, beer, football and sleeping.

Angry Pete - Age unknown. Short androgynous man. Extremely angry and makes it known with snazzy, if nonsensical, proclamations. Friend of the group, drops in from time to time.

Sipoweitz - 45. Pudgy balding Polish cop. Always wears sunglasses, short sleeved shirt and tie. Speaks with a terrible Chicago accent.
