The Classy Sober Dames' Association (CSDA) is an unauthorized and unofficial offshoot of the Classy Broads Association (C.B.A.).

We are a union of talented, vivacious, and fun-loving females, who for various reasons, have chosen to remain sober.

Some of us are teetotallers; some of us teeter back and forth between our old and new lifestyles; and some of us are recent and oldtime Friends of Bill W. All of us have chosen to live one day at a time in sobriety and solidarity.

You will recognize us as the grrls who still look fresh and tasty at the end of the evening; as the designated driving grrls who will haggle with the bartender over the price of a sodapop or juice. Local and touring bands love us as the grrls who haven't squandered our hard-earned cash on liquor, beer, and wine, thereby affording the cool t-shirts and CDs for sale at shows. Some of us now have the cash to purchase old beaters, and are available to drive our drunkass friends home safely.

Males are welcome to join the CSDA, but only in the overt wish to support the safety and sobriety of the female members.
