So here is the deal -

The UMD (Universial Media Disc) is a Sony proprietary format and as of today we can't burn a UMD.

The PSP uses Memory Stick Duo... which is expensive per GB -

However you can use a third party software program such as: PSPware, Handbrake and others to convert a DVD-Video to MPEG-4 or H.264 for playback on the PSP.
