Man cannot govern himself intelligently, he's doomed to failure. We live in a land where corporations store and destroy food to keep the prices up, while there are starving people in the midst of all this plenty. The archaic and obsolete forms of government in place today cannot sustain the growth and development of humans as a species. We are fighting, and have fought wars over the petty interests of few noblemen, at the cost of many humble men's lives and property.

Our current economic model is destructive to both the planet and humanity. Technocracy proposes that we completley revamp how the primitive supply and demand system works. The monetary system in Technocracy is non-transferrable energy credits. Directly backed up with energy, which is also work. Machines need energy to move things, the act of moving things is scientifically defined as work. Working for work, instead of a promissary note of value. The proposed system of Technocracy, works solely off of abundance, also known as environmental economics. It would allow the food that is plentiful, to get to everyone that needed it. There has been research done, that the state of Illinois alone could produce enough food for the entire United States. Why then do we charge so much for it? The archaic system of supply and demand. Corporations know that we all HAVE to eat, so they charge us as such, even though food is remarkably easy to mass produce, and we have it in great abundance.

With world population projected to TRIPLE in the next 100 years, we need new plans on how to deal with this new, and completley unique threat of global catastrophe. Join the Technate of North America, we believe in peacefully coming to this logical solution for the greater good of all mankind. In Technocracy, we fully automate all tedious jobs, and people reap the rewards. Under the current system, we automate jobs and put people out of work, this is not at all how it should be. Instead of benefiting all men, it benefits one, the employer. Machines work, we play, and plan for brighter futures, by dedicating our minds and bodies to art, research, philosophy, betterment, and happiness. Rather than tedious, mindless labor, to eek out a pitiful and uncertain existance under the current government.

To ensure our survival, to promote equality, to feed the hungry, to take better care of the environment. I urge you to stop thinking about polarized left, right, republican, democrat, liberal, conservative, and start thinking logically. Put aside petty differences, and work towards a habitable future. Unlike our parents, we do not have such a bright future ahead of us. The Technate is gaining many younger members who realize this, and are willing to step up to the plate and do something about it.
