This group is for: 1) all MySpace members who are also Raelians, and 2) all non-Raelians who are curious about the Raelian Movement and would like to get more information, or would like to "meet" and have their questions answered by different Raelians.

The purpose of this group is for all Raelian and non-Raelian members to discuss all aspects of the philosophy together and continue to open each other's minds and consciousness.

Please only join if you have respect in your heart for all of the religions on Earth, and have an inquisitive and open mind to learn as much as possible about what it means to be a conscious and awakened human being. In other words, if you want to join our group just to make fun and crack jokes, please take your limited attitude elsewhere and come back when you have grown up.

All of Rael's books can be downloaded for free off of that website. It is ESSENTIAL to read this book first: "Intelligent Design: Message from the Designers." It is the first in the series and the best introduction to our philosophy; and anyone who wants to discuss or comment on this philosophy must have first read this book.

As with any organization, there are experts and there are beginners. Some people have just joined the Raelian Movement; others have been Raelian for over 30 years! As of 1/17/07, let’s please follow this procedure whenever answering someone else’s questions on here. At the end of your response, please specify your involvement in the Movement, so that the person who asked the question will know whether the answer was just speculation, or if it came from an official spokesperson for the Movement. If you leave no note at the end of your post, it will be assumed that you are not Raelian. Thanks everyone for following this so that people are no longer confused about who the information is coming from, as this group is open to Raelians and non-Raelians alike. For those of us who may not know, the most experienced Raelians are Raelian Guides or Bishop Guides. They are the ones who have the most amount of responsibility within our Movement and are always a good source for hard to answer questions.

The following is a BRIEF summary of the Raelian Philosophy:

All life on Earth, humans included, was created scientifically by human beings more scientifically advanced than us called the Elohim* using DNA synthesis and genetic engineering. Throughout the ages, they sent different prophets: Moses, Jesus, Buddha, and many others to guide humanity and to prepare us for the future. They created us and left us to progress on our own until the time of the Apocalypse/Revelation** would come when they would send their final messenger, reveal the truth to him, ask him to spread his messages, and to build an Embassy where we can officially welcome the Elohim back, and for the first time in our history, actually understand them for who they are, instead of worshipping them as gods, which is what our primitive ancestors used to do. Well, the time of the Apocalypse is now, and their final messenger is Rael!


*Elohim is the word used in the Hebrew Bible for God. That is actually a mistranslation, as Elohim is a PLURAL word (Eloha would be the singular) whose ancient meaning is "those who came from the sky".

**The time when humanity would finally be advanced enough to understand and not just blindly believe.

The future is here; we are it!!! Let's not let those who created us and who are watching us down. They are in touch with us through Rael, and they have given him special teachings and advice designed to end all of our human anguish and suffering. All we have to do is understand, unite, and follow our consciousness. That is what it means to be a Raelian: to believe in the human being and do everything we can to reach the "Golden Age," despite the tremendous odds which are against us, despite the fact that humanity is very well on its way toward self-destruction. We will either destroy ourselves or we will make it. Which side do you want to be on?
