Extreme/Freestyle Walking IS NOT power walking. Just imagine doing all of the tricks of skateboarding and blading but with only your shoes. Ok you can add grind plates/wax and grind pads if you would like.

(Please note this is not for Parkour, they can be confused sometimes. Parkour is where you pretty much run around as fast as you can going around obstacles and jumping from things like buildings -- see random shoe and car commercials)
