North county in the past has never had a scene, or any sort of unity. This in the past couple years has drastically changed. With the birth of several bands from areas like Oceanside, Vista, San Marcos, and other such areas, the scene has grown larger and larger. This group is not just for people of the Straight Edge lifestyle, or musicans of North County, its for everyone who wants to see a scene here in our home that will rival such great scenes as D.C., Boston, New York, L.A., Chicago and the others, and make connections here in North County, and outside of California. The time has come to make something of ourselves, lets not let it pass us by. If we don't push more and more for postive scene where we all support each other and help out with anyway we can, the we'll always be playing crappy venues to small amounts of people.
