Please join if you are interested in becoming associated with others who have an undeniable passion for the written word. Join if you are interested in reading books that maybe you wouldn't normally read. No opinon is a bad opinion with any means of artistic expression, so please do not think this is like one of the other many book clubs out there that tends to only lean in one direction, or another.

A book will be selected once a month for everyone to read, and a very simple reading scheduel will be posted, but is certainly not mandatory. The scheduel is merely a guideline for the discussion topics that will be put up weekly for everyone to share their opinions on the selected material for the week. If you are reading behind the group, and don't want to be given any details you haven't gotten to yet, then you won't have any problems, as each topic will be clearly marked. If you are reading ahead of the group, though, please wait until the appropriate topic is put up for discussion, before saying something that might give everything away for those of us still reading!

Above all else, this is a place for intelligent discussion, and is a place for readaholics to get their fix. Enjoy!
