Story/Synopsis:

Follow the growing world of Independent Wrestling in Southern California. Ever since the wrestling collapse in 2001, when two of the major 3 promotions in the United States went out of business, independent wrestling has taken a major step forward into the spotlight. With the rise of the Internet, it has become easier for independent wrestling promotions to grow with little or no television exposure. Independent Wrestlers make names for themselves in this world, working multiple promotions at once, and risking injury for crowds of less than 300 people sometimes. But with little restriction, and fierce competition to garner fans, some of the most amazing matches take place inside the recreation centers, bars, and gyms across the Southern California landscape.

Follow one such gifted wrestler, and take a deeper look at this amazing world, were men work several nights a week, beating each other, defying gravity, and earning the respect of the most hardcore group out there, the wrestling fan.
