The shows name, "Aerial Boundaries" is the name of a song and CD composed by the late great innovative fingerstyle guitarist/composer/performer Michael Hedges and is used as a tribute to his astonishing guitar wizardry. The show is mainly a contemporary solo fingerstyle guitar show that includes many music genres and playing styles within the genre and expresses a strong emphases on independent artists and artists that don’t get much air time on commercial radio. A good show discription is, "eclectic fingerstyle guitar, heavy mental guitar, before, after, and beyond"......many picking styles such as; classical, two hand tapping, Hawaiian slack key, gypsy, flamenco, Travis, slide guitar, country blues, ragtime blues, etc. are included. the shows e-mail abshow@wslr.org
