Group Leader:

The idea behind this group is to spread the word about a film. Cleveland. Starring, written and directed by Danny Ward. The goal is to start production on the project in the next six months, but as of right now, I have no funding. This page and the pages I have created for the characters of Cleveland. is to raise public interest and knowledge. My hope is that once the film is made, I can have a group of people already interested in seeing it.

Cleveland. is a window into a two week period of Ethan’s life. He is twenty four, living in New York, battling the heart break and depression left him by his ex, trying to find a job, and although he hasn’t done it for months, considers himself a writer.

After a very unlucky trip to Atlantic City, and a surprise visit from his parents, Ethan finds himself examining his life and possibly trying to change his habits.

While avoiding his parents, Ethan helps his friends navigate through their problems, as they help him see his differently. Owen, his best friend, is convinced he is going insane. Jones and Erika look to Ethan to show them being together is always better than alone. Nic wants desperately to be married, and if she would stop standing in her way, soon will be. Scott and Thomas use Ethan to keep life from getting too seriously.

Owen is fired from his father’s psychiatry office just before meeting his love interest, Prudence. Nic is dating Nice-Guy Dave, who is apparently way “too nice” to continue dating. Thomas is on a strict deadline to finish his latest art project, and Scott is just trying to keep Thomas focused.

Cleveland. is a very true to life story. It’s great friends, classic characters, unusual conversation, and debating change more than actually changing.
