Ok We're back up and running. we have two different options for your expression, our blog and our group. each are done differently, the blog is the part that the OBP runs, where as in the group we just watch over the poetry free for all.

Here's how the group works. Here at the OBP we try to do something a little different. This myspace group is here to help encourage expression, and we definetely believe that people should comment the poems that posted here with praise, but that's not exactly a requirement, just something we'd like to see. In order to make this fun for every one we just have a few guidelines for people to follow in the group

1. Don't post multiple poems in seperate topics.

if you have more than one poem you'd like to post then just post them together in one topic. We understand that you want to be heard but so do others and snuffing them out never really gets much appreciation from us.

2. Be easy on new poets.

if someone isn't as skilled as you are, don't burn them for it. we're trying to encourage those people. we all have to respect the fact that those people have decided to be brave and open their mouths. Give them constructive criticism.

3. No Soliciting!!

This is a no fly zone for you vultures out there. This place is about expression and not monetary gain. We're looking at you "publishers" and CD pedellers.
