Iraq Veterans Against the War (IVAW) stands for these important issues:

* Withdrawl of all occupying forces in Iraq.
* Reparations for the destruction of Iraq so that ordinary Iraqi people can control there own lives and futures
* Full benefits for ALL returning servicemen and women for adequate healthcare and other services.

*Membership to IVAW is open to all servicemembers of the Armed Forces who have served since September 11th 2001. Today there are members all across America, Canada, Germany, and bases in Iraq. IVAW provides a outlet for Iraq war era Veterans to speak out against the war by sharing there stories with Civilians, news organizations, other Veterans, young service members, or anyone willing to listen.

*IVAW supports those resisting war including Consciencetious Objectors, and others facing Military prosecution for thier refusal to wage an illegal and immoral war.

*IVAW advocates for full funding for the Veterans Administration, and full quality health treatment (including mental health) and benefits for Veterans when they return from duty.
