Hey folks - so here is the idea. This group is for anyone who'd like to meet up with other music lovers to trade mixtapes or mix-CDs, old school style.
So here is what you do. If you'd like to meet someone to trade with, post a new bulletin/ topic and list the kind of music you're into, what kind of music you'd be interested in trading for, and if there's a format you'd prefer (tapes or CD-Rs, probably). I'd also suggest listing how you'd prefer to be contacted about trades (email, myspace messages, etc).
If you'd like to trade with someone in the group, then reply to their posts in whatever manner they've specified... this part is pretty key, since it does take two people for a trade!

You might also consider this a forum to discuss the fine art of making mixtapes, ala High Fidelity. Any ideas about "Rules," how to make cool packaging, etc?
