With the increasing downfall of the San Diego underground scene, there has been many complaints of all the clubs sucking big fat cock. Instead of complaining about it, I have discussed with many people about having the ultimate party house (similar to a fraternity house but way more cooler). Me and several of my friends, this summer (after I get my mortgage settlement), will be teaming up to have a safe house where people can actually have fun without worry. There will be live music sometimes, a dance hall, a foyer area, beer bongs, ect. Its just a place where people can kick it
