Biggest Loser Club - On Myspace since season 2!

Welcome to the Biggest Loser Club!

This is a group for fans of the show to get together and work to change their own lives. As most of us do not have Bob or Jillian in our homes, we'll have to settle for a really awesome myspace group!

There are challenges, supportive people, and information to be shared here. Feel free to start up or join a weight loss challenge.

Rules:

~Please do not try to sell weight loss products in the group.

~Be nice to each other!

~Please try to discuss healthy ways to lose weight (ie exercise and a healthy diet).

~Motivate other people!
