This is a group for supporters of Palestine, a land that has been occupied, and its people terrorized, by the illegitimate Zionist state of Israel for 60 years. The members here do not condone any acts of violence or hatred. Peace in the region will not be obtained if the genocide of Muslim and Christian Arabs continues, if the illegal apartheid wall remains standing, and if Jewish-only settlements continue being built at the expense of the Palestinians. The forum of this group is meant for political discussion, and is public, therefore all views will be accepted as long as they are presented in a mature manner. A Semite is a member of a group of Semitic-speaking peoples of the Near East and northern Africa, including the ARABS, Arameans, Babylonians, Carthaginians, Ethiopians, HEBREWS, and Phoenicians.
1. "Jewish" is not a race of people, just as Muslim and Christian are not races.
2. The majority of Jews are not ethnically Hebrew. They are predominantly Ashkenazi, from Eastern Europe.
3. Not every Hebrew in this world follows Judaism. Many Hebrews follow Islam and Christianity.
4. Palestine has always been comprised of Arabs and Hebrews, whether they be Muslims, Christians or Jews.
5. Therefore, Palestinians are Semites, regardless of faith.
For one to be "Anti-Semitic" would require him or her to hold animosity towards all who can be labeled a Semite, such as the Palestinians. The term itself is put into use by Zionists only to demonize those who question or deny the Holocaust and those who criticize the atrocities committed by the Israeli government and wish for the dissolvement of the state itself.
