The Purpose of the Human Beings is to act as a more organized vessel for direct experience. To compel the individual to action, and more importantly, true unimcumbered fun. In this day and age, nearly every activity is mediated by some extension of the monocultural machinery. Human Beings, see everyday direct action as the single most radical act that you can partake in. The group is completely unstructured, but it is important to keep in mind it's goals. Anyone can organize an event under the banner of The Human Beings. Events such as bulding things with found objects, producing massive "exquisite corpse" drawings, bizzare night games, and the like are all grist for Human Being events. The desired goal is a completely positive revolution of everyday living and experince. The only things to avoid are petty acts of vandalism and destruction. Artistic pranksterism is encouraged, but only if it is good natured. This is not to discredit these forms of revolt completely, but merely to distance ourselves from damaging and negative channels and means of expression. The bottom line of the Human Beings Project is to have fun. To enjoy shared experiences with fellow human beings. To form memorable events.To break away, if only once a week, from the control and suppression of the modern age. We believe that no one has the right to tell us what is fun. That is for us to decide.
