Despite the loss, this year’s determined and gutsy group distinguished themselves by carrying the blue and gold banner further into the PIAA State Playoffs than any before it had ventured, and will take their rightful place as one of the the top squads in the school’s rich football history. And in dedicating the record-setting 2006 season to their late teacher and assistant coach Randy Miller, they demonstrated to all of us what their beloved coach instilled in them and what echos in the many lives that he touched: “R.S.M.–BELIEVE!” That said, a hearty group that have been playing together for a really long time.
