Welcome to the myspace group for "The Atomic Lunch", hosted by SmoKe and 8-BaLL! You can listen in every Tuesday Noon - 4, and Wednesday noon - 2, @ www.knightcast.org


This show will feature many different themes and events, including promotional work for local bands here in O-town. We will also have a Miss Atomic, as well as some other kick ass crap to fill your lunch hours. Add in the sounds of some bad ass local bands and the popular Alternative Rock, then you got yourself an Atomic Lunch!
