This group has been made for a work to high school ( IES. Lluch i Rafecas ) for talking about the new law of the tobacco that has been imposed the 1 of January 2006 of sanitary measurements opposite to the nicotine poisoning and regulatory of the sale, the supply, the consumption and the advertising of the products of the tobacco that establishes a series of measurements directed bars, restaurants and places of leisure:
1.- The owners of bars, restaurants and other places of leisure will have to choose if in his establishments it is possible to smoke or not.
2.- The places of less than 100 m2 will have to indicate the option chosen in the accesses to the establishment and in all his advertising. The minors' entry these places is allowed in the same conditions that till now.
3.- The places with a surface destined for the public of 100 m2 or more they will have to indicate also the chosen option. In case of choosing to allow to smoke, a smokers' zone will have to enable due put up signs and separated that will be able to overcome neither 30 % of the useful surface of the place nor the 300 m2. There will not be allowed the entry of 16-year-old minors in the smokers' zones.
4.- Besides, from September 1, 2006, the smokers' zones will have to be completely compartimentadas and to rely on a system of independent ventilation.
5.- In the bars and restaurants placed inside malls it will not be possible smoke, except in those places that, being separated from the rest of the mall they enable zones for smokers in the same conditions that the rest of establishments of hotel and catering business(hotel management).
6.- Prohibited to sell or to deliver tobacco to 18-year-old minors.
7.- The sale and supply of tobacco only will be able to be carried out in monopolies and in machines retailers located in establishments where it is allowed to smoke.
8.- In the restaurants in which smokers' zones have been enabled the manual sale will be allowed and for units of cigars or cigarritos of natural cap.
9.- The machines retailers of tobacco will have to place in zones of the interior of the place where they could be controlled by the persons in charge of the establishment and will tell, from January 1, 2007, with devices that they should prevent the direct access of the minors to the same ones. In no case they will be able to exhibit advertising tobacco.
10.- The owner of the place must guard over the fulfillment of these procedure. Before any doubt, and in benefit of the public health, the right will prevail of not smokers to breathing a clean air.

People what more does is going to smoke out of the bars, so they have too many possibilities to catch a cold.
But now sanitary authorities are trying that the people stop smoking, so they have increased the price of tobacco.
And as an option smokers are buying so many chewing gums, lollipops, pipes...
And the most important! they have returned the tetris fashioinable.LOOL
