1. From the Muse- Remember to Vote for the Band of the Month! Jimmy Peters is in the lead as of today! The winner gets free publicity for a month on the SouthShoreMuse.com homepage- including mp3s and Best Bets! This month's band of the month is Vaporkiss! Check them out at a venue near you! Also, I need more mp3s! Please send your music to southshoremuse@yahoo.com for streaming.



2. From Coldread-
We've moved on to round 3 of the Emergenza Battle of the Bands! This is a worldwide competition and the grand prize is a trip to Germany to play the finals. Our next show for them is going to be on Saturday June 3rd at the Paradise Rock Club in Boston. The show is 18 and we go on at midnight. If we advance in this
round, we move on to the next round which is an ALL AGES show at the AVALON! But in order to get there, we need your help! To all our 18 fans, we need your support at this show. The winner is decided by crowd votes, so the more of you who come out, the better chance we have. Tickets for this show are $15 at
the door, but if you buy them from us, the price drops to $12. Tickets for this show are limited, so be sure to get yours soon. *Party Bus* We are renting a bus to bring people to and from the show. We've put together a package deal for admission. $30 buys a ticket and a ride to and from the show and a copy
of our new CD "Together We All...". We are bringing plenty of beer for our 21 passengers and a good time will definetly be had by all.

4.SouthShoreMuse.com has joined the Rich Cronin Hope Foundation! I am trying to raise money for The Good Fight against Leukemia. Rich is a fellow South Shore musician and national recording artist. Recently, he was diagnosed with leukemia and is currently in remission- Thank God!

So, we are asking you to join this GOOD FIGHT and help us recruit and sponsor 500 individuals to join the registry. This challenge will require networking of our supporters, reaching out to our families, friends and colleagues and helping to raise funds to cover the cost of the required DNA testing. Our goal is to raise $35,000.00 - all of which will go towards matching those in need of bone marrow donor matches with those who will join the registry to save a life. My personal goal is to raise $5,000. Thank you so much!

TOGETHER WE WILL DEFEAT LEUKEMIA! The Rich Cronin Hope Foundation is dedicated to the care, compassion and life enrichment of individuals and families impacted by Leukemia. It is our mission to promote global awareness about Leukemia and other blood cancers while supporting patient care and fund raising for agencies which pledge to fight for these goals.
