greetings
Welcome to the Old School of Physical Culture. We promote the natural Bodybuilding, strength training, fitness and health methods of the late 19th and early 20th century,as promoted by such greats and the Saxon Trio,Strongfort etc.
So if your interested in learning true health ,strength and muscle building secrets join us.Old Scool Physical Culture is a philosophy of Physical Culture/Weightlifting that promotes reaching ones genetic potential naturally,by returning to traditional strong man types of exercises and training,to achieve strength, health, longivity, vitality, and muscular growth through various phyical exercise regimens like:
a)heavy weights for either low or high reps, thses can range from singles to 20 reps,b)muscle control exercise,c)lifting kegs, anvils, medicine balls, sandbags, atlas stones, and other odd objects,d)Compound exercises with barbellsand dumbells,e)cardio exercies like walking, running and jumping rope,f)becoming an all-around athlete by practicing another sport like werstling, pugilism,or cycling etc like the old time physical culturalists did,g)practice such strong man stunts as bending nails, ripping phone books in half, and other stunts.
Old Shcool Physical culture also places itself in total oposition to arobic ecercise culture, and other pump and tone traing for mere external cosmetic purposes.Old School Physical Culture stresses intenisty, hard work, applicable strength, power and enduracnce, mental toughness,a repudiation of drugs and suppliments in favor of real food, and a return to the Grecian ideal for the development of a Classical yet Functional physique. We even have stuff for the ladies. But be warned spammers and steroid advertisers are not welcome and will be BANNED no questions asked.
