The music Ardency create is the expression of their intense, collective desire to
write original, melodic and emotive songs borne from personal experience
about the human condition with the aim of striking a chord with the listener.

Formed in the Autumn of 2003, the band played numerous dates across the
midlands as well as making their London debut and several festival
appearances. A radio interview with the BBC and the release of a
untitled EP in 2004 has gained the band a loyal following. 2005 saw
the band embark on a full album project, Dear Human,
which is due for release in 2006.

The music draws the listener in with its etheral tapestry of ambient
soundscapes and a sense of Zen in the lyrics, while their live shows, including
a full visual as well audio experience have brought the band rave reviews.
