Psycho Theorem is a club which ultimately combines elements of psychology, sociology, and criminology into its curriculum in order to help people better understand these three fascinating and highly complex fields. It is not, however, limited solely to these disciplines, and openly encourages discussions on other various interests related to them, such as serial killers, pharmacology, social work, current world news, and personal experiences.

The purpose of Psycho Theorem is to establish a forum where free-thinking individuals can express their concerns and opinions on a variety of issues, not just psychology or mental disorders, but anything which an individual feels may be of importance to the group as a whole.

Please understand that when people are conversing about situations close and dear to the heart, they sometimes tend to be over expressive about their opinions and insult others who object to their ideas. This is expected in a group consisting of diversely intelligent and opinionated people, so it comes as no surprise some individuals will feel as though they alone are being attacked for their beliefs.

The most identifiable reason for chat room brawls is the inability for one or both parties to agree on a specific subject due to close-mindedness. This infraction of civility is worsened by people who would rather verbally fight, argue, and insult each other than come to an accord.

I strongly suggest everyone be tolerant of other people's ideas and opinions. By doing so we can all learn new insights to related subjects and each be given a turn to speak. We don't always have to agree, nor should we, but we MUST be considerate of other people who wish to be heard and potentially have something interesting as well as important to say.
