Feelers tend to be sensitive, empathetic, and compelled by extenuating circumstances and a constant search for harmony. Feelers are the more emotional type (often viewed as overemotional or weak by Thinkers--which is not necessarily the case). They see exceptions to set rules, when human feelings are involved, and feel it is important not only be truthful, but tactful as well. Feelers are more likely to wear their hearts on their sleeves. However, if this preference is combined with introversion they will not tend to share their feelings openly.
While Thinkers tend to be motivated by the desire for achievements, Feelers are often driven by the desire to be appreciated. And while thinkers should be cautious about being too judgmental, Feelers need to make an effort to put more of a foundation on their decision-making than their personal feelings.
