This page is for Bay Area BAMN, which stands for the Coalition to Defend Affirmative Action, Integration, and Immigrant Rights and Fight for Equality By Any Means Necessary. In Oakland, we are building for an Oakland student strike. This is a fight for our education! We must strike to demand NO MORE run-down, second-class schools! Randolph Ward MUST GO! Oakland teachers are having a one-day strike for Thursday, April 20. Students must make their voices heard the day before, on Wednesday, April 19. (See bulletins below.) You will get bulletins, and information, news, photos, and video will be posted here so we can make this a coordinated city-wide movement.
