We suggest you stick to hand or computer drawn characters or objects, but you are not limited.

The most important thing is to share your talent with the world, and make a few friends. Please invite your friends to share in the laughs.

Bulletins are open for use to any member for posting your cartoons. Do not abuse this, as I will remove you. Add links to your blog where the cartoon is posted, post them in a bulletin, or post them here. It is up to you.
