This country is a melting pot. We harbor people from all different countries. We have many races, religions, and beliefs. That is what America is about.

The Freedoms that our soldiers fight for are being taken for granted. We aren't using them enough. It's time for Americans to take a stand.

What prompted me to start this group is this:

A high school in San Diego, CA now refuses to allow it's students to bring, display, or even wear the American Flag. Mexican-Americans of the same school are not allowed to display the Mexican flag. What is this country becoming when you can't be proud to be where you are from?

Thousands of Latino people marched in a Latino parade and showed Mexican pride and were proud to be from south of the border. That's great! It's good that you come here to share your views with us and adding further to the diversity of our country. But where has American pride gone??

After 9-11 MILLIONS of Americans joined hands regardless of race or nationality. We were all united together for our country. Everyone went out and bought the stickers, raised the flags, bought the tee shirts. But what has happened since then? The stickers cracked and faded and were never replaced. The flags grew tattered and were laid to rest.

It's time to regenerate American Pride! Be PROUD to live here!! Not just for a day or a week, but for ever! Be proud to be where you are from. Take pride in your country. But be loyal to America!

Just living in America doesn't make you an American. Being an American comes from the heart. Take time to look around and see what America is becoming. It's time to do something about it. Stand up for your country.

It doesn't matter what political party you are a part of or even if you are a part of any.

This is a group for people to come and express their opinions without being criticized. It's a group about our country as a whole and what is happening to it.
