In the 1960s television show Get Smart, KAOS was the International Organization of Evil. It was formed in 1902 in Bolcavest. Its purpose was to implement unrest and revolution throughout the world. KAOS' most infamous and ruthless agent was Siegfried. In 2006, the organization was revived by the sinister "GREAT" GROTTU ORLOFF!

It is widely believed that KAOS stands for "Killing And Other Stuff", but this has never been confirmed.
